Preservice Training for Foster and Kinship Caregivers

Preservice training is mandated for prospective foster care and adoptive families. Kinship caregivers may also be asked to attend Preservice training. The OCWTP Preservice training consists of twelve three-hour modules. The Preservice Training Syllabus will help you learn what to expect in training.
In order to help you remember what you learn in Preservice, the OCWTP utilizes three resources we call Transfer of Learning Tools.
